Abstract:
Provided is an ink composition which has high drying characteristics, from which recorded matter having high productivity is obtained, and which can form a coating film having high water friction resistance. This ink composition is for inkjet and contains a water-soluble organic solvent. The water-soluble organic solvent contains an amide-based solvent having a vaporization enthalpy EOV of 47.5 kJ/mol or less. The partition coefficient (LogP) of the amide-based solvent in water/1-octanol is -0.8 or higher.
