Abstract:
The present invention addresses the technical problem of providing a method for quickly and accurately processing the volume and position of an ink drop. In order to solve the above problem, a pad for measuring the volumes and positions of inkjet drops that are sprayed in a constant volume from nozzles of a head of an inkjet device and drop onto the pad is characterized in that: a pattern part is formed, the pattern part including a plurality of groove portions arranged at pitch intervals corresponding to the pitch intervals of a plurality of head nozzles, and wall portions formed between the groove portions; the groove portions are formed long enough to encompass all of the heads to be measured that are present on the same line; and the groove portions are uniformly formed so as to have the same cross-section throughout the entire length thereof. Due to the above configuration, the present invention has the advantage that the volumes and positions of ink drops can be accurately measured using the pad to a precision of 1% or less much more simply and quickly in an inkjet printer device than with existing techniques that use a strobe.
