Abstract:
Disclosed is an ink-jet printing method, characterized by comprising the following steps: a. performing interval division on a jet characteristic curve of a nozzle according to a waveform change and a printing effect; b. testing the divided intervals to find printing driving pulses respectively corresponding to the intervals; and c. formally starting printing, and during the printing process, a nozzle control board performing drive control for the intervals by means of switching to the corresponding printing driving pulses. By means of the printing method, where an ejection state is abnormal when a piezoelectric ceramic in a nozzle generates resonance during the increase of the ignition frequency, a compensation driving voltage can be switched, or, the image printing resolution can be increased/decreased, thereby ensuring good printing quality; and during the process of a printing medium accelerating to a high transmission speed, a print image which meets standards can always be printed, thereby improving printing efficiency.
