Abstract:
An ink used for 3D printing, a preparation method and a use for the ink. The ink is a gel composed of α zein, 0-10% by weight of zein of a pore-forming agent, ethanol and water. The preparation method comprises: dissolving 10-50% by weight of zein in an aqueous solution containing 40-90% (v/v) ethanol, adding 0-10% by weight of zein of a pore-forming agent, allowing to stand at a constant temperature of 5-95°C for 1-10 days or stirring for 30 minutes-24 hours so as to obtain an ink material that may be used for 3D printing. The described method has mild conditions and simple operation, and the ink for 3D printing has good mechanical properties and biocompatibility. The described ink may be used in the field of biomedicine to prepare tissue engineering substitutes and hemostatic materials by means of 3D printing at room temperature.
