Abstract:
There are provided between an ink fountain roller and an ink distributing roller so supported by frames to be mutually in parallel, a plurality of ink ductors divided in the axial direction of these rollers are arranged at intervals in the axial direction in such a manner that each of the ink ductors is individually switched over to one of the two positions between the ink fountain roller and the ink distributing roller to vary its state of contact with those rollers. A fixed shaft secured to the frames passes the inner side of the ink ductors at intervals in the radial direction. A permanent magnet is provided on the inner wall of each ink ductor. A magnet device including an electromagnet is provided on the surface of the fixed shaft inside each of the ink ductors. In a state that the permanent magnet of each ink ductors and each of the magnet devices on the fixed shaft are mutually faced and spaced in the radial direction at given intervals, by switching the electromagnet of each magnetic device, the ink ductors are switched over between the two positions individually.
