Abstract:
Disclosed is an inkjet head wherein discharge characteristics are prevented from changing due to heat generated in a driver integrated circuit (122). The inkjet head is provided with: a pressure generating element substrate (100) having a nozzle (102), pressure chamber (106), pressure generating element (112), and first ink inflow port (108A); a driver integrated circuit (122), which is mounted on the pressure generating element substrate (100), and which drives the pressure generating element (112); ink supplying components (140, 150), which have a first ink supply port (152B), and a first ink recovery port (154B) in communication with the first ink supply port (152B) directly or via the pressure generating element substrate (100), and which supply the pressure generating element substrate (100) with an ink supplied from the first ink supply port (152B); and a heat transfer member (124) in contact with the driver integrated circuit (122) and the ink supplying components (140, 150).
