Abstract:
Provided are an inkjet head and inkjet recording device with which image quality degradation can be more effectively minimized. An inkjet head (100) comprises: a plurality of ink discharge units (10a), each having an ink storage unit (141), a pressure-varying means (136), a nozzle (111) that communicates with the ink storage unit and discharges ink in accordance with variation of the pressure of the ink in the ink storage unit, a plurality of former-stage individual discharge channels (122a, 122b) which communicate with one ink storage unit and through which passes ink discharged without being supplied from the ink storage unit to the nozzle, and a latter-stage individual discharge channel (123) with which the plurality of former-stage individual discharge channels merge; and a shared discharge channel (142) which communicates with the plurality of latter-stage individual discharge channels of the plurality of ink discharge units, and into which flows ink that has passed through the plurality of latter-stage individual discharge channels.
