Title:
INKJET INK COMPOSITION FOR THREE-DIMENSIONAL MODELING, AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THREE-DIMENSIONAL MODELED OBJECT
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2015/056614
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention provides an inkjet ink composition having elongation and elasticity such as that of rubber when cured. The inkjet ink composition for three-dimensional modeling according to the present invention contains a photocurable reactive compound including a monofunctional (meth)acrylate including a compound represented by general formula (1) or (2) and a polyfunctional monomer having a plurality of polymerizable groups including carbon-carbon double bonds in a molecule thereof. The sum of the mass of general formula (1) and the mass of the compound represented by general formula (2) with respect to the total mass of the monofunctional (meth)acrylate is at least 65% by mass, and the molar fraction of the monofunctional (meth)acrylate and the polyfunctional monomer satisfies the following relationship: monofunctional (meth)acrylate/polyfunctional monomer = 99.9/0.1 to 92/8. The glass transition temperature of a cured object of the inkjet ink composition for three-dimensional modeling is less than 25°C.
