Abstract:
Clogging of an ink ejection opening is more reliably prevented. An inkjet recording
device (1) has recording heads (3a-3d) each having an ejection surface (30) in
which an ink ejection opening for ejecting photo-curing ink toward a recording
medium (K) is formed, illumination devices (4, 4) for applying light to ink landed
on the surface of the recording media (K), a platen (2) for supporting the recording
medium (K) from its back side with the recording heads (3a-3d) and the illumination
devices (4, 4) made to face each other, and box-like members (50, 50) for preventing
light coming from the illumination devices (4, 4) from being reflected toward
the ejection surfaces (30). The box-like members (50, 50) are provided at sides
of the recording medium (K) and are closer to the recording medium (K) than the
illumination devices (4).
