Abstract:
Provided is an inkjet recording method having: a step for applying, on a non-permeable substrate, an infrared absorbent and a first ink including a first curable compound by means of an inkjet method and recording an infrared absorbing image; a step for irradiating the infrared absorbing image with active energy rays to semi-cure the infrared absorbing image; a step for applying, on a surface having the infrared absorbing image, a second ink which has an infrared absorbent content of less than 0.1 mass% and includes a second curable compound, by means of an inkjet method and recording a non-infrared absorbing image; and a step for irradiating the semi-cured infrared absorbing image and the non-infrared absorbing image with active energy rays to cure the semi-cured infrared absorbing image and the non-infrared absorbing image.
