Abstract:

Disclosed is an inkjet yellow ink which is balanced in color fading due to light and environmental gases, and can be used together with an ink having excellent light resistance and environmental gas resistance. Specifically disclosed is an inkjet yellow ink used for forming an image together with a yellow ink cyan ink containing, as a colorant, a compound represented by the general formula (1) or a compound represented by the general formula (2). The inkjet yellow ink is characterized by containing, as a colorant, at least one substance selected from the group A below and at least one substance selected from the group B below. Group A: C.I. direct yellow 132, C.I. direct yellow 173 Group B: C.I. direct yellow 142, C.I. direct yellow 86, a compound represented by the general formula (3)
