Abstract:
An inline printing-based eco-friendly holographic laser positioning packaging material and a manufacturing method therefor. The packaging material comprises base paper; a biodegradable material layer is provided on the surface of the base paper; a degradation cavity is formed between the base paper and the biodegradable material layer; a micro capsule is provided in the degradation cavity; and a degradation preparation for catalyzing the degradation of the biodegradable material layer is provided in the micro capsule. The manufacturing method comprises embedding the degradation preparation, and fixing the micro capsule on the surface of the base paper; forming the biodegradable material layer on the surface of the base paper by means of coating; plating aluminum on the surface of the biodegradable material layer to form an aluminum layer; performing laser molding on the surface of the aluminum layer to form a laser pattern and a positioning cursor; performing continuous registration printing on the surface of the aluminum layer on the basis of the positioning cursor to form a printing layer; and performing surface treatment on the surface of the printing layer to form a surface treatment layer. The obtained packaging material is easy to degrade.
