Abstract:
An inner-layer depth optical fiber system (300) for a printed circuit board, comprising a controller (310), a light source emitter (320), a CCD lens module (330), a depth measurement optical fiber module (340), and a processor (350). The depth measurement optical fiber module (340) comprises a first optical fiber channel structure (342), a light splitting module (346), a reflector module (348), and a second optical fiber channel structure (344); the light splitting module (346) has an incident light channel module (346A) and a reflected light channel module (346B), wherein the incident light channel module (346A) is connected to the first optical fiber channel structure (342); the reflector module (348) is connected to the incident light channel module (346A) and the reflected light channel module (346B); the second optical fiber channel structure (344) is connected to the reflected light channel module (346B); and the second optical fiber channel structure (344) is used for receiving and transmitting reflected light (LK2, LK4) to the CCD lens module (330), wherein the incident light channel module (346A) only allows incident light (LK1, LK3) to pass through, and the reflected light channel module (346B) only allows the reflected light (LK2, LK4) to pass through.
