Abstract:
Provided are an inner support wire saw lossless cutting and disassembling structure and a construction method therefor. The disassembling structure comprises an operating platform (40), an inner support frame (10) and a wire saw machine (50), wherein the inner support frame (10) comprises a main beam (11), a secondary beam (12) and a steel pipe upright column (13), the main beam (11) and the secondary beam (12) being respectively cross-connected to the steel pipe upright column (13). The operating platform (40) is provided on a cast concrete structure (20), a structural template support frame (30) is provided below the cast concrete structure (20), and the wire saw machine (50) is provided at a beam top of the inner support frame (10). Also provided is a construction method for inner support wire saw lossless cutting and disassembling: (1) construction preparation; (2) building an operating platform at the bottom of an inner support beam; (3) determining a cutting face; (4) mounting and fixing a wire saw machine and the operating platform; (5) cutting the inner support beam; (6) suspending and loading a concrete block; and (7) breaking the cut concrete block by using an air pick. The disturbance of the construction method to the structure is small, the cutting speed is high, and the degree of mechanization is high.
