Abstract:
An inorganic fiber toughened inorganic composite artificial stone panel and a preparation method therefor. The panel comprises a surface layer (100) and a toughening substrate (200). The surface layer (100) comprises the following raw material components in parts by weight: 40 to 70 parts of quartz sand, 10 to 30 parts of quartz powder, 20 to 45 parts of inorganic active powder, 0.5 to 4 parts of a pigment, 0.3 to 1 part of a water reducer, and 3 to 10 parts of water. The toughening substrate (200) comprises the following raw material components in parts by weight: 40 to 60 parts of inorganic active powder, 45 to 65 part of sand, 0.8 to 1.5 parts of a water reducer, 6 to 14 parts of water, 0.4 to 2 parts of inorganic fibers, and 0.8 to 2.5 parts of a toughening agent. Said panel has a stable volume and a low shrinkage, will not undergo warping and deformation, has an extremely low water absorption rate and good durability performance, does not have problems such as ageing, has a good binding performance between layers, has good ductility so that an instant brittle fracture will not occur, can be used as a load bearing structure, has good anti-fouling performance on the surface, and has a wide range of material sources.
