Abstract:
[Problem] To control the supply and shut-off of electric power to each load device in accordance with the voltage level of a DC bus. [Solution] For example, 300V-380V is applied to a power source line L1 (terminal T1) and 0V is applied to one line (terminal T2) of a power source line L2. An input voltage Vin fluctuates, said input voltage Vin being the electric potential difference between the electric potential of the power source line L1 and the electric potential of the one line of the power source line L2. A constant voltage generation unit 2 outputs a constant electric potential (for example, 24V) to a power source line L3. A reference electric potential generation unit 3A outputs a reference electric potential of, for example, 10V. On the basis of the input voltage Vin, a comparative electric potential generation unit 4A outputs a comparative electric potential within the range of, for example, 0V-24V. On the basis of a comparison between the reference electric potential and the comparative electric potential, a comparator 5 outputs a conduction electric potential (for example, 24V) or a shut-off electric potential (for example, 0V). When the comparator 5 outputs a conduction electric potential, there is conduction between a source and a drain of an NMOS transistor 6, and when the comparator 5 outputs a shut-off electric potential, conduction between the source and the drain is shut off.
