Abstract:
An inquiry information processing method and device. The method comprises: in response to receiving inquiry information from a first user, pushing to the first user a questionnaire corresponding to the inquiry information (201); acquiring questionnaire result information corresponding to the questionnaire submitted by the first user (202); inputting the questionnaire result information into a preconfigured inquiry model, and acquiring first inquiry result information (203); pushing to a second user the questionnaire result information and the first inquiry result information (204); and in response to receiving second inquiry result information provided by the second user according to the questionnaire result information and the first inquiry result information, pushing the second inquiry result information to the first user (205). According to the method, before inquiry information from a user is pushed to a replier, basic information about an inquirer is acquired by using a questionnaire, thereby improving inquiry information processing efficiency.
