Abstract:
The invention relates to an insert which is designed to be inserted or formed in a glass plate (1) such as, together with a connecting member (19), to enable said glass plate (1) to be mounted to a support. The inventive insert is designed to be positioned in a hole (2) disposed in one face of the plate (1), said hole (2) being defined by a lateral support wall with an inwardly-curved profile. The invention also comprises fixing means (16) which are complementary to the means (20) provided on the above-mentioned member (19) used to connect the plate (1) to the support.
