Abstract:
An insert-moldable bimetallic thermostat according to the present invention provides a pressing-prevention cap on a conventional thermostat so that deformation, caused by denting of the top of the thermostat during an injection process performed with a predetermined pressure, of a bimetal element provided inside the thermostat is prevented, and thus a defect rate during insert molding of a thermostat can be minimized and a thermostat, which is an electrical component, can be completely waterproofed.
