The present application provides an insertion terminal. The insertion terminal comprises a plurality of laminated terminals that are transversely stacked; each laminated terminal comprises a laminated base body and insertion arms longitudinally extending from one end of the laminated base body and arranged in a pair; an insertion space is formed between the insertion arms arranged in a pair; a contact portion protruding towards the insertion space and a protruding elastic cantilever are sequentially provided on each insertion arm from a free end of the insertion arm to the laminated base body; a plurality of insertion spaces are transversely stacked to form an insertion groove; the insertion groove is used for docking with a mating terminal, so as to achieve the electrical connection between the insertion terminal and the mating terminal. A plurality of sheet-like laminated terminals are assembled together, so that a high current-carrying capacity is achieved, the insertion terminal is also convenient to assemble, the overall structure is simple, and the maintenance cost is low.
