Abstract:
In this insole (A) which is attached to a footwear (B) in a detachable or non-detachable state, holes (21, 22) or recesses are provided in an inner cavity state with an open upper surface at places respectively corresponding to the thumb ball (41) of the sole and the heel middle section (42) of a footwear user, and the thumb ball (41) and the heel middle section (42) can be sunk into the holes (21, 22) or the recesses. Preferably, an upwardly raised section (3) having a greater height than a surrounding section is provided at a place corresponding to the position (43) of center of gravity on the sole when the user is in a standing posture of a neutral position. Accordingly, it is possible to appropriately provide a function to correct the posture of a user and to make the user acquire a posture useful for improving exercise capability.
