Abstract:
An insole 1 placed in an inner bottom of a piece of footwear includes: an insole main body 11; and a sole pad 21 that has a thin plate shape of a first predetermined thickness K1, that is provided on a front surface and/or a back surface of the insole main body 11, and that extends in a first region A1 which includes a region corresponding to from metatarsophalangeal joints Jm4, Jm5 of a fourth toe T4 and a fifth toe T5 of a foot of a wearer to proximal interphalangeal joints Jp4, Jp5 of the fourth toe T4 and the fifth toe T5, the first region not including a metatarsal trunk region Am corresponding to a bone trunk portion of the metatarsal bones.
