Abstract:
Provided is an insole, comprising a central insole body (1) and a plurality of soft wing bodies (2). The plurality of soft wing bodies (2) are distributed along an outer edge of the central insole body (1). An outer profile of the plurality of soft wing bodies (2) is a scaled up figure of the central insole body (1). The soft wing bodies (2) have rounded corners. The size of the insole can be adjusted according to people's usage habit. When the insole is used for a relatively large shoe, the soft wing bodies (2) are unfolded; and when the insole is used for a relatively small shoe, the soft wing bodies (2) are folded. The soft wing bodies (2) have rounded corners, thus preventing the foot from being injured.
