Abstract:
Provided are an inspection device, and the like, that make it possible to detect a pinhole in a pocket part with exceptionally high accuracy. This inspection device comprises at least a pair of cameras 52, 53. The pair of cameras 52, 53 image at least a pocket part 2 when the pocket part 2 is in an upstream position R1, when the pocket part 2 is in an intermediate position R2, and when the pocket part 2 is in a downstream position R3. As a result, a captured image of the entire area of the pocket part 2 can be obtained more reliably and a pinhole in the pocket part 2 will appear more clearly in the captured image that is obtained. Further, using the captured image to determine, for at least the pocket part 2, whether there is a pinhole makes pocket part 2 pinhole detection accuracy exceptionally high.
