Abstract:
This inspection jig (10) is used to inspect a device under inspection comprising a flexible board (17) in which an external connection terminal (19) is formed in a flexible substrate (18). The inspection jig (10) comprises an inspection device (11) and an adhesion component (15). The inspection device (11) has an inspection terminal (13) formed therein. The inspection terminal (13) has a vacuum adhesion hole (14) formed therein. The adhesion component (15) has an adhesion surface (16). The external connection terminal (19) has a first through hole (20) formed therein. During inspection, the first through hole (20) and the vacuum adhesion hole (14) are made to overlap and the adhesion component (15) is placed on the front surface of the flexible substrate (18) such that the adhesion surface (16) covers the first through hole (20). A vacuum is produced inside the first through hole (20) and the vacuum adhesion hole (14) such that the adhesion surface (16) is adhered to the flexible substrate (18) and the external connection terminal (19) is adhered to the inspection terminal (13) through suction force.
