Abstract:
Disclosed are an inspection mold, a vibration inspection apparatus, and an asphalt mixture fluidity measurement method. The vibration inspection apparatus comprises the inspection mold. The inspection mold comprises: a forming cylinder (1), wherein the forming cylinder (1) comprises a cylinder (11) and a conical cylinder (12), the top end and bottom end of the cylinder (11) are both open, the top end of the conical cylinder (12) is open, and the diameter of the conical cylinder (12) gradually decreases from the top end to the bottom end of the conical cylinder; an assembly mechanism (2), wherein the bottom end of the cylinder (11) is connected to the top end of the conical cylinder (12) by means of the assembly mechanism (2); an opening mechanism, wherein the opening mechanism is installed at the bottom end of the conical cylinder (12); and a support (3), wherein the conical cylinder (12) is arranged on the support (3), and the support (3) is arranged on a vibration table (5). The asphalt mixture fluidity measurement method comprises: filling a sample into an inner cavity of an inspection mold, starting a vibration table (5) for compaction via vibration, and measuring the height H1 of the sample at this moment; opening an opening at the bottom end of a conical cylinder (12), starting the vibration table (5) again to make the sample flow, and measuring the height H2 and a vibration time T of the sample at this moment; and calculating the fluidity V = (H1 - H2)/T of an asphalt mixture. The present invention can effectively monitor in a cooperative manner whether the gradation fluctuation of the asphalt mixture is stabilized within a certain range.
