Disclosed is an installation frame for arranging a power integration system under a diesel multiple unit, the installation frame comprising cross beams (1, 2) and longitudinal beams (3, 4). The installation frame is provided with first hanging assemblies (5, 6, 7) and/or second hanging assemblies (8, 9), wherein the first hanging assembly comprises a first hanging seat, a first elastic damper and a first installation seat; the first installation seat is fixed to the first hanging seat via the first elastic damper; the second hanging assembly comprises a second hanging seat, a second installation seat and a second elastic damper; and the second installation seat is suspended, in an inverted manner, from the second hanging seat via the second elastic damper. The installation frame for arranging a power integration system under a diesel multiple unit highly integrates various system components and parts in a diesel power transmission system, and uses a split-type bolted hanging structure, so that the installation frame has a simple structure and is easy to process, the costs are lowered, and installation and maintenance are convenient.
