Abstract:
An installation method for building aluminum templates and a locking device thereof. The installation method comprises: S1, connecting a first locking structural body (1) to a second locking structural body (2) by means of an extrusion mechanism (3), and extruding the first locking structural body (1) to one side of the second locking structural body (2) to lock aluminum templates; S2, providing a tightening mechanism (8); and S3, providing a locating pin (7) to locate the second locking structural body (2) and the aluminum templates (9). Also provided is a locking device used in the installation method for aluminum templates, comprising the first locking structural body (1), the second locking structural body (2), the extrusion mechanism (3), the tightening mechanism (8), a first spring (4), and a second spring (5). Also disclosed are another installation method for aluminum templates and a locking device. The installation method comprises: S1, providing a first structural body (11), a second structural body (12), a locking shaft (13), and a locating pin (17), and locating an aluminum template (19) unit by means of the locating pin (17); S2, rotating the entire locking device so that a boss (11-3) provided on the first structural body (11) is aligned with a locating hole on a frame of the aluminum template (19) unit; and S3, moving the first structural body (11) towards a second clamp plate (12-2) of the second structural body (12), so as to lock the aluminum template (19) unit. The corresponding locking device comprises the first structural body (11), the second structural body (12), the locking shaft (13), and a blocking cover plate (20). By means of the locking device and the installation method, damage to aluminum templates in use can be reduced.
