Abstract:
An installation package downloading method, an installation package distribution method, a terminal device (102, 900), a server (101, 1000), and a system (1100, 1200, 1300). The installation package downloading method comprises: a terminal device (102, 900) sends a download request for downloading an installation package of a target application, the download request comprising dynamic information (301), wherein the dynamic information is state information that reflects the current operating capability of the terminal device (102, 900) and is read from the terminal device (102, 900) when the download request is generated; the terminal device (102, 900) receives the installation package determined based on the download request (302), wherein the target application has a complete installation package, and the installation package determined based on the download request is a subset of the complete installation package.
