Abstract:
The present technique pertains to an instant food comprising: a core layer containing a solid food material; and a coating layer disposed to surround the core layer and containing a gelling agent and a liquid-phase material, and a method for preparing an instant food, the method comprising the steps of: a) forming a core layer containing a solid food material; and b) forming a coating layer disposed to surround the core layer and containing a gelling agent and a liquid-phase material.
