Abstract:
An instrument panel assembly, comprising an instrument panel body frame (1), an instrument panel upper cover plate frame (2), an assembled skin (4) and a main skin (5), wherein the instrument panel body frame is connected to the instrument panel upper cover plate frame; a mounting hole is provided in the instrument panel upper cover plate frame; the instrument panel upper cover plate frame comprises a lower frame (25) forming a lower wall of the mounting hole; the assembled skin is attached to the outer surface of the lower frame; the main skin is attached to the outer surface, apart from the lower frame, of the instrument panel upper cover plate frame; and the main skin is connected to the assembled skin. Also provided is a vehicle comprising the instrument panel assembly. The assembled skin and the main skin are separately designed and are connected to each other, thereby reducing the difficulty of the processing technology.
