Abstract:
The present invention relates to instrument performance tracking systems and methods and, more particularly, to instrument performance tracking systems and methods comprising: a device for displaying, on a display, a score of a song to be performed on an instrument by a performer, and generating performance data of the performer's performance with the instrument; and an application server which comprises at least one processor for tracking a performance position on the score on the basis of the performance data, and operates a mobile application for supporting an instrument performance platform, wherein the at least one processor comprises: a landmark measure recognition unit for recognizing, as landmark measures, a plurality of measures comprising the performance data among the score displayed on the display; an important information extraction unit for extracting important information about the performance data and an arbitrary measure within the landmark measures, the important information comprising a frequency and length of sounds; a similarity calculation unit for calculating the similarity between the important information about the performance data and the important information about the arbitrary measure within the landmark measures; and an activation unit for activating a scale within the arbitrary measure on the display according to the similarity, so as to facilitate visual identification of the performance position.
