Abstract:
The present invention relates to an instrument for securing a passage for endoscopic surgery. An instrument for securing a passage for endoscopic surgery, according to one embodiment of the present application, comprises: a body part including a tube member having a passage extending in the longitudinal direction such that both front and rear ends thereof are open; and a blocking member extending from the front end of the tube member which is the portion inserted into a subject, and protruding so as to block a space between a front space of the passage and one side of the front space such that some of the muscle tissue of the subject located on one side of the periphery of the body part is prevented from being moved into the front space of the passage, wherein the tube member, along the longitudinal direction , has a front end protruding inwardly toward the subject , a middle portion having the outer circumference in contact with at least one of bones and muscles, and a rear end protruding outwardly away from the subject.
