Abstract:
Disclosed are: an insulated ultrafine powder which is obtained by adding a liquid metal alkoxide into a methanol-containing organic solvent in which a conductive ultrafine powder composed of a carbon material is dispersed, and then adding water thereto; and a method for producing the insulated ultrafine powder. Also disclosed are: an insulated ultrafine powder which is obtained by adding a liquid metal alkoxide into a methanol-containing organic solvent in which a conductive ultrafine powder composed of a carbon material is dispersed, then adding a coupling agent having an alkoxide group thereto, and then adding water thereto; and a method for producing the insulated ultrafine powder. Further disclosed is a high dielectric constant resin composite material which is obtained by blending one of the insulated ultrafine powders and a resin at a volume ratio (insulated ultrafine powder/resin) of from 5/95 to 50/50.
