Abstract:
　An insulated wire in which an aluminum conductor is used, wherein the insulated wire has an adhesion layer formed by directly baking a carboxy-group-containing varnish onto the aluminum conductor, has an insulating layer on the outer layer of the adhesion layer, and has a reinforcing insulating layer on the outer layer of the insulating layer; and a method for manufacturing said wire.
