Abstract:
An insulating coating film (3) is coated over a conductor (a bare copper wire (2)), and a semiconductor layer (4) is formed on the insulating coating film (3) by dip coating or the like using a coating liquid that contains 5-10% by mass (inclusive) of carbon black relative to a polyamideimide resin. Consequently, an insulating member which has a small diameter and is not affected by leakage current even in cases where a high frequency wave is applied thereto is obtained.
