Abstract:
The present invention relates to an insulating structure for a 90° corner part of a liquefied gas cargo hold, a cargo hold having the insulating structure, and a construction method for manufacturing the cargo hold. A triangular insulating structure is provided on a 90° corner part of a cargo hold, and a 135° corner panel is provided on the inclined surface of the triangular structure. Therefore, the number of panel types is reduced and thus product management for manufacturing and installing is improved. And membrane corrugations are disposed on a 90° corner part of a cargo hold and the number of and gap between corrugation ridges can be adjusted, thereby showing structure-wise advantage with respect to ultra-low temperature heat shrinking.
