Abstract:
In this invention, an insulation resistance measurement instrument measures and outputs the insulation resistance of an object under measurement. An operation information reception unit (44) receives information indicating that an object under measurement is operating or stopped. A humidity information reception unit (45) receives the ambient humidity of the object under measurement. When the object under measurement is stopped and the ambient humidity of the object under measurement is greater than or equal to a first threshold (Th1), a controller (46) controls the insulation resistance measurement instrument so as to make the same measure and output the insulation resistance of the object under measurement.
