Abstract:
The distance between connected teeth is determined according to the shape of a stator core. Thus, depending on the shape of the teeth, there have been cases in which windings could not be wound at high density in a winding process. For this reason, the present invention comprises two arm-shaped connecting parts (25a, 25b) projecting toward the sides along the circumferential direction of a stator core (10), a columnar part (251) formed on one connecting part (25a), and a guide part (252) formed in the other connecting part (25b). By adopting a configuration in which the columnar part (251) of one insulator is movably engaged with the guide part (252) of another adjacent insulator and the distance between adjacent insulators is variable, it is possible to vary the distance between connected teeth (11) according to the shape of the stator core (10), and to wind the winding at a high density in the winding step regardless of the shape of the teeth (11).
