Abstract:
Insulin-loaded enteric-coated nanoparticles, a preparation method therefor, and uses thereof, wherein the nanoparticles are made of nanogranules obtained by electrostatic interaction formed by a quaternized chitosan, an insulin and a sodium tripolyphosphate, and also made of Eudragit coating the surface of the nanogranules, as well as the preparation method thereof comprises preparing the composite nanogranules by emitting a positive charge on the surface of the insulin-loaded using an FNC technology, and coating the surface of the composite particles with Eudragit.
