An insurance product pushing method and device, a computer device and a storage medium, the method comprising: displaying specified insurance summary information to a client (S1); acquiring reply text of the client for the specified insurance summary information (S2); inputting the reply text into a preset emotional analysis model obtained by training on the basis of an LSTM-CNN model for calculation so as to obtain emotional characteristics of the client for the insurance information, the emotional characteristics comprising positive emotion and negative emotion, and the emotional analysis model being obtained by training on the basis of training samples of reply text for multiple known emotional characteristics (S3); and if the emotional characteristics are positive emotion, outputting insurance product information corresponding to the insurance summary information (S4). According to the present method, whether a user needs an insurance product corresponding to insurance information is determined by analyzing the emotional characteristics of the user for the insurance information according to the reply text of the user.
