Abstract:
The present invention relates to an intake and exhaust swirling device for an internal combustion engine, the intake and exhaust swirling device for an internal combustion engine being provided with a main body of the intake and exhaust swirling device, and a plurality of wings installed to be radially inclined in the main body so as to accelerate or increase air swirling, wherein at the top and bottom of each wing (20), a bent portion (60) that is bent in the same direction as the inclined direction of the wing (20) is provided to generate an eddy in the vicinity of the bent portion, so as to reduce the surface resistance of the wings and thereby increase flow velocity and flow rate, and accordingly, combustion efficiency is increased, such that fuel efficiency can be improved and pollution can be reduced.
