Abstract:
Provided is an intake valve variable system for a diesel engine. A push rod (21) slides up and down. An outward-extending end of a plunger (11) bears the pressure of a rocker arm. When the push rod (21) slides to a lower dead point, oil flows into a driving end of the plunger from an oil inlet passage (6) so as to eject the plunger (11) from a valve core (12), and when the push rod (21) moves up to an upper dead point, an oil return passage (15) communicates with the driving end of the plunger (11). When a control valve (19) is closed, the oil pressure at the driving end of the plunger (11) is the same as the oil pressure of the oil return passage (15), and the outward-extending end of the plunger (11) bears the pressure of the rocker arm. When the control valve (19) is opened, the oil return passage (15) is opened, and oil at the driving end of the plunger (11) is discharged from the oil return passage (15), and the plunger (11) retracts, such that the length of the push rod (21) is shortened, and a valve is closed in advance. By arranging the oil inlet passage and the oil return passage respectively located at the upper dead point and the lower dead point of the sliding of the push rod, and by actively controlling the length of the push rod via the control valve, the adjustability of control over the valve is realized, and a control structure of the variable valve is optimized. Further provided is a diesel engine provided with the intake valve variable system for a diesel engine.
