Abstract:
An integral ceiling module and an installation method. The integral ceiling module comprises: a first wall surface (11), a second wall surface (12), and further comprises a vertical frame (2), at least two positioning members (3), and a mounting frame (4). The vertical frame (2) comprises at least three vertical frame plate assemblies. The vertical frame plate assembly comprises a first horizontal plate (21), a vertical plate (23), and a second horizontal plate (22). The first horizontal plate (21), the vertical plate (23), and the second horizontal plate (22) are all strip-like plates extending in the same direction. Each positioning member (3) comprises a first supporting plate (31), a second supporting plate (32), and a first slide plate (33). The first slide plate (33) is slidably provided on the second supporting plate (32). Two first supporting plates (31) are respectively fixed on the first wall surface (11) and the second wall surface (12). The mounting frame (4) is connected to the vertical plate (23). Two ends of the mounting frame (4) are respectively connected to two first slide plates (33). The installation method of an integral ceiling module is used to install an integral ceiling module. The integral ceiling module and the installation method reduce the number of mounting rods, improve stability of a mounted central unit, increase bending resistance of the vertical frame, improve construction quality, and improve cleanliness of a construction environment.
