An integral fitting type molded cup structure and a bra. Joint portions (4) for three-dimensionally adapting to the shape of a breast are arranged between a mold cup and a binding bowl (3), as well as between the mold cup and a lower support (2); a protruding portion (11) which is integrally formed with a cup (1) is further arranged below a BP point (13) of the mold cup; and concave-convex structures having S-shaped sections are formed by the middle upper portion of the mold cup and the mold cup, as well as the middle lower portion of the mold cup and the mold cup respectively. The joint portions (4) strengthen the attachment of the binding bowl (3) and the lower support (2) to the breast root portion and the breast rib portion; the arrangement of breast fat in the bra is optimized by means of the double-S structure, and the attachment of the cup (1) to the breast is also strengthened by means of the containing effect of an upper concave portion (12) and a lower concave portion (14) on the breast fat; and the integral fitting type molded cup structure is formed by matching the binding bowl (3) and the lower support (2).
