Abstract:
Disclosed is an integral solvent-free compositing machine, comprising a rack (1), wherein a first uncoiling mechanism (2), a transferring glue mechanism, a coating mechanism, a glue mixing moving mechanism (3) and a first adjusting mechanism are sequentially arranged from bottom to top at a left end of the rack (1); a second adjusting mechanism, a compositing mechanism, a second uncoiling mechanism (4) and a coiling mechanism are sequentially arranged from top to bottom at a right end of the rack (1). The integral solvent-free compositing machine has a small rack structure, is compact in structure and rational in terms of the layout of various structures; and a feeding route is shortened and the feeding route is optimized by means of the rational layout, thereby increasing the production efficiency.
