Abstract:
The present utility model relates to the technical field of sports goods, and discloses an integral synthetic shuttlecock. The integral synthetic shuttlecock comprises a ball head, a feather seat and feathers. A groove is formed downwards in an end face at the top of the ball head, and an annular slot is formed downwards in the groove bottom of the groove. The feather seat comprises a cylinder used for insertion into the slot and a supporting circular plate arranged at the top of the cylinder and used for insertion into the groove. Several feathers are arranged at the periphery of the supporting circular plate. The feathers comprise feather vanes and feather shafts which are integrally molded. The feather vanes are arranged at the tops of the feather shafts, and the bottoms of the feather shafts are connected to the supporting circular plate. The cylinder, the supporting circular plate and the feathers are integrally molded by means of precision injection molding. After molding, the feather shafts are reset and shaped by using a heat-sealing reset process. The feather vanes, feather shafts, and shuttlecock seat and the structure of the ball head are designed on the basis of local shape changes without affecting performance, thus ensuring the key performances of weight, weight distribution and reasonable center of gravity required for natural shuttlecocks, and also having the advantage of long service life.
