Abstract:
The present invention belongs to the technical field of biochar, and provides an integrated apparatus for preparing biochar by means of co-pyrolysis of sludge and straw, comprising a crushing apparatus and a carbonization apparatus. The crushing apparatus comprises a crushing bin, a feed storage bin, a crushing mechanism and a first sieve plate. The carbonization apparatus comprises a carbonization bin and a stirring mechanism. The present apparatus simplifies the preparation steps and preparation devices that use heat supplied by sludge and straw to prepare biochar, reduces transition time between procedures, and improves work efficiency.
