Abstract:
An integrated ball piece and a manufacturing method therefor, and a ball and a manufacturing method therefor. A TPU film is subjected to plastic molding into a shape of a target ball piece, and a ball piece shaped TPU film is obtained; the ball piece shaped TPU film is put into a mold for pouring, a polycarbamate foaming material is poured on the ball piece shaped TPU film, and after the mold is closed, heating curing is performed to obtain the integrated ball piece. The polycarbamate foaming material is used for manufacturing the ball piece, the manufacturing method is simple, and low in cost, and the ball piece can be configured to be in any shape. A ball manufactured by using the ball piece is stable in physical property, original procedures such as piece cutting, TPU attaching, ball piece cutting, and sewing can be omitted, manual, manufacturing and device costs and material losses can be greatly reduced, the costs are reduced, and the market competitive power of a product can be improved.
