Abstract:
An integrated biomass fuel gas generation system, includes raw material feeding
system (10), fuel gas generating system (20), dedusting system (30), cooling
and washing system (40), electrostatic tar removal system (50) and pressure
stabilizing system (60), all of which are sequentially connected according
to fuel gas generating and processing order. Agricultural and forestry wastes,
including stalk, rice hull and wood chip are transformed into low or medium caloric
value biomass fuel gas by the technology of fluidized bed gasification and the
obtained fuel gas is dedusted, cooled, washed and tar-removed sequentially,
and clean biomass fuel gas is obtained. The system scale is decided according
to the characteristics of the biomass materials. Rational use is thereby made
of biomass energy and no secondary pollution to the environment is produced.
